Returns & Exchanges

At Kaiia The Label, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on all unworn items with tags attached within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure items are free from makeup, perfume, or smoke to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all labels intact, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
